Monitoring - AfriXtreme aims to establish a sense of responsibility towards society among all employees, our contractors and partners. We make sure that our impact on society and the environment is monitored through our operations, and we do our utmost to create awareness of the most pressing issues among our clients while they are having fun.

Environment - An ever-increasing sensitivity towards the role of businesses and an awareness of environmental and ethical issues have come to the fore in recent years. These issues include damage to the environment as well as improper treatment of workers and communities in areas where businesses operate.  AfriXtreme also makes it easy for staff and customers to understand how they can get involved and help to combat climate change and the deterioration of our environment.

Preservation - One of our key brand values is to protect and preserve the environment in which we operate - at the very least, comply with relevant legislation and monitor our compliance.  We try to minimize the environmental impact of our day-to-day operations, and address long-term, sustainable improvement beyond the short-term solutions often offered by others.

Social Awareness - At AfriXtreme we share our customers’ growing concern and acknowledge that we do not only have a huge responsibility but also an excellent opportunity to make a difference.  We have therefore adopted a sensitive and responsible approach to all operations, making sure that social responsibility is an integral part of our business.

Responsible Business Practices

Customers – are by definition, anyone who purchases our products or services and/or participates in them. As the consumer’s champion, AfriXtreme is all about developing and delivering products or services that will fill the lives of our consumers with fun and excitement.  AfriXtreme creates products and services that are normally beneficial to consumers, society and the environment as a whole and view our customers’ happiness and enjoyment as the lifeblood of our success.

Values - AfriXtreme relies on the services of a network of service providers / partners.  They are an integral part of our business and we regard this as an extension of AfriXtreme’s way of doing business.  We always approach service providers / partners who reflect the same values as we do.  This means having respect for  people and the environment in which we operate.  AfriXtreme employs people who reflect the diverse nature of their society and culture, and they are valued, irrespective of  individual  age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion, marital status or ethnic origin.

Safety - Our service providers / partners are expected to provide and maintain a safe environment for employees and clients by minimizing foreseeable risks in all the activities we present.  They are further expected to show consideration for minimizing the negative effect we might have on the environment.

Champions - We pride ourselves as customer champions and we are opposed to corruption.  We will deal with all service providers and/or partners in an open and reasonable manner by respecting confidentiality , by paying to terms, by providing regular feedback, whether it be positive or negative,  and by not  discriminating on the basis of  location, size or any other criteria other than ability to do their part.
